In addition to the tracking number email, you can also log in to your Melted By Justina account to track the status of your order. Simply navigate to the "Orders" section of your account, and you will be able to view the status of your order and any updates on the shipment.   • Returns
    We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we're here to help make that process as smooth as possible for you. However, please note that we do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used. Additionally, final sale items cannot be returned. Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. As a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number. Please note that we cannot accept returns for products bought from our retail partners. If you purchased our products from a retail partner, please reach out to them directly for a return. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as quickly as possible. But before you light up, here are a few tips to make sure you're getting the most out of your candle. First things first, trim that wick! A wick that's too long can lead to uneven burning, dripping, and even unsightly black soot. No one wants that, right? So grab our handy dandy candle trimmer and snip that wick down to a quarter inch. Trust us, your candle (and your nostrils) will thank you. Next up, location is key. Avoid drafty areas like the plague. We're talking vents, doorways, and traffic areas that can cause your candle to burn unevenly and drip all over the place. Nobody wants a lopsided candle, and we definitely don't want you to waste any of that delicious wax. So find a cozy spot for your candle, sit back, and let the warmth envelop you. And that's it! Follow these simple steps, and you'll be on your way to candle bliss in no time. So go ahead, light up one of our all-natural soy candles and let the aroma take you away to a place of relaxation and peace.

But there are a few things you should keep in mind to ensure a safe and enjoyable candle-burning experience. First, always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting your candle. This will help prevent uneven burning, dripping, and excessive soot. We recommend using a candle wick trimmer to make the task easier. Next, make sure your candle is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from any flammable materials such as curtains, paper, or plants. Avoid placing your candle in drafty areas or in direct sunlight, as this can cause the flame to flicker or burn unevenly. When lighting your candle, hold the flame to the base of the wick until it ignites. Avoid touching the flame to the wick, as this can cause it to become too large and produce more soot. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it out of reach of children and pets. As your candle burns, be sure to allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface of the candle. This will prevent "tunneling," which is when the wax melts unevenly and creates a hole down the center of the candle.     Now that you've enjoyed the beautiful fragrance and warm glow of your Melted By Justina candle, it's time to say goodbye... for now! But don't worry, putting out your candle is easy and quick. Use a snuffer or a wick dipper to put out the flame. This is the safest way to extinguish a candle as it prevents hot wax from splattering. If you don't have a snuffer or a wick dipper, gently blow out the candle with your breath. Be sure to blow out the flame from directly above the wick to avoid wax splatters. Check that the wick is centered and upright. Use a wick trimmer or scissors to trim the wick to 1/4 inch before relighting the candle. Wait until the wax has completely cooled and solidified before moving the candle. This will prevent the wick from shifting and ensure an even burn next time you light the candle. Never leave a burning candle unattended, especially if you have pets or small children in the house. Always make sure your candle is completely extinguished before leaving the room or going to bed.
  • Care of the vessel
